Octagonal Planters
The stand alone planter provides for 48 inscribed granite tablets and posy containers. The cremated remains can be strewn in close proximity of the planter. Ideal in places where space is at a premium.
Manufactured in polished granite in a choice of colours.
The octagonal planter consists of six component parts which fit onto a plinth. Each component part has eight granite tablets giving an overall total of 48 tablets. There are eight bases, each containing 6 posy flowers holes fitted with aluminium vases.
The approximate overall weight when fixed is 1½ tonnes. A level foundation of approximately 5ft x 5ft is adequate for fixing. The Columbaria Company will fix the planter within the price quoted.
The Octagon Planter is 1165mm (H) x 1040mm (W) (3' 10" x 3' 5"). The flower base protrudes and therefore the total area covered by the planter and flower base is 1280mm x 1280mm (4' 2½" x 4' 2½")
The granite tablets 75mm x 305mm (3" x 12", are supplied in Black, Red or Blue Pearl Granite.
Letters are inscribed by sandblasting, in Roman and Block style fonts and then either gilded, painted or relief style. Ornamentation is also available. Choice of 3 lines or 6 lines of inscription is available.
