Sanctum 2000
The introduction, in 1999, of the Sanctum 2000 above ground vault was in response to the growing demands of our clients for a vault large and attractive enough to accept two caskets or polytainers. The granite plaque is large enough for 2 inscriptions plus an individual design and photo plaque if required.
The vaults can be positioned back to back with a double roof if space is at a premium. This works very well at many of the crematoria and cemeteries we supply.
Manufactured in a choice of polished coloured granites, the distinctive roofline is especially attractive when the vaults are used in rows or to form squares. The units are assembled in three sections with dowel pins and silicone adhesive. The base has a flower container and the vault has a granite shelf if required.
A blank granite plaque is supplied with two screws and decorative rosettes. Naturally the casket size and shape is important to be able to fit into the vault comfortably. Usually a casket measuring 264mm x 165mm x 150mm is adequate or as an alternative the non bio-degradable polytainers or equivalent receptacles is okay. A list of suppliers is available upon request.
When we receive an order for an inscription we usually fax by return a proof. This allows the family to check that everything is as they have asked for as mistakes can be costly. This procedure is welcomed by the families and clients
