Dear Mum, A Christmas Adventure.

This Christmas we are counting down with our classic "Dear Mum" characters. Dear Mum is a story, characters and installations surrounding helping children deal with bereavement and loss. Keep an eye on our LinkedIn weekly for our exciting videos. As well as counting down together with these characters, below are some activities for children for the holiday season.

The centrepiece of the Dear Mum concept is our "Forget-you-Not Postbox" where children can write letters to their lost loved ones to get their feelings down in a confidential manner. The postboxes aren't solely for children, we know how important writing letters to their loved ones can be for adults too.

The main character in the Dear Mum story is a postman badger called Walter Cotton (no relation to Dot Cotton!), the christmas adventure mainly surrounds him delivering letters to Santa. We thought this would be a great opportunity to raise appreciation for the many postal and courier workers that make our christmas possible. In our ever-increasing digital world we rely more and more on these hard-workers to bring our presents and food, thank you!
